Four new wallets suddenly betting on geopolitical events on Polymarket—what's behind this?
【Blockchain Rhythm】 On-chain data monitoring has uncovered an interesting phenomenon. Recently, four newly created wallets were observed to focus entirely on the same prediction on the prediction market Polymarket—specifically, the prediction that the United States will take military action against Iran before January 31, 2026. Even more noteworthy is the unusual activity of these wallets: aside from this prediction order, they have not engaged in any other transactions.
This highly concentrated and singular prediction behavior is quite rare in prediction markets. Typically, whale wallets spread their bets across multiple different event predictions to hedge risks or gain multi-angle informational advantages. However, the behavior pattern of these four new wallets is evidently different—they seem to be precisely coordinated, operating at the same time, on the same platform, targeting the same event.
This has sparked market speculation: Is this an institutional pre-positioning? Or a focused bet by an informed party? Or just a coincidence? While prediction markets permit such operations, this abnormal on-chain footprint often becomes a key signal for seasoned traders and data analysts to monitor.
