Halseth brings substantial industry credentials to the position, drawing on more than four decades of experience within the aquaculture feed sector. His professional trajectory includes pivotal roles within leading companies, where he served as Chief Innovation Officer at Nutreco and held executive positions including CEO at both Skretting Norway and the broader Skretting Group. This extensive background positions him to guide the organization through its next phase of growth.

The appointment builds on Halseth’s existing knowledge of Proximar’s operations, as he has held a seat on the Board since 2022. His deep understanding of the aquaculture feed landscape and proven track record in senior management underscore his readiness for the expanded responsibility.
