The funds are used to build its core protocol, Proof of Inference, which is a cryptographic protocol based on zero-knowledge proofs designed to verify the reliability of AI inference results without exposing the internal details of the model.
The significance of this technology lies in solving the long-standing trust issues of AI outputs, allowing external systems and users to verify whether the AI operates as expected through mathematical proofs, while also protecting the privacy and intellectual property of the model.
The architecture of Inference Labs supports the generation of such verifiable inference results in decentralized networks, and it has already been running on the test network.
