【BitPush】There are new developments in the crypto venture capital circle. Charlie Noyes, general partner at Paradigm, announced a leadership adjustment—resigning from his current position. However, the story isn’t over yet; he and founder Matt Huang will continue to participate in Kalshi’s affairs as board observers. At the same time, he will not leave Paradigm’s ecosystem and will provide advice and support to portfolio companies and founders.

This guy has quite a background. He joined Paradigm at the age of 19, being the company’s first employee in the venture capital industry. He was just promoted to general partner in February this year, and now he’s making this adjustment. It can be seen as moving from frontline operations to a more flexible advisory role.

Entered at 19 as the first employee, became a partner, and then turned around in less than two months. This pace is really a bit fast.

Haha, this guy joined Paradigm as the first employee at 19, was promoted to general partner, and now has become an advisor... Basically, he just wants to continue making money with a more自由姿态. I've seen through these seasoned players—high-level transitions to advisors are nothing but—wanting to保持话语权, but not wanting to be tied down by trivial matters, while still participating in profit sharing. Very shrewd.
