Never really thought BTC was sitting idle until I watched what it's capable of pulling off.

Sure, everyone knows it's the king. Massive capital locked in. Rock-solid security. Trust that spans continents. But here's the weird part—it just sits there. Doesn't really... do much?

To be honest, Bitcoin is like an old man who seems relaxed but is actually working hard behind the scenes. nah this "waiting" framing is just cope for protocol stagnation. btc's security budget is hostage to miners' margin requirements—one bad governance move and the whole stack collapses. layers don't fix the base layer's economic fragility.
