Talus Labs recently teamed up with the folks at Lagrange (the team behind DeepProve). The core goal is to solve the problem of AI behaving unpredictably or generating random outputs. Simply put—AI not only has to do the work, but it also needs to prove its innocence, showing exactly how it calculates each step. That’s what truly usable on-chain AI should be.

Good, that's what I wanted to hear. AI proving its own innocence has been a bottleneck for a long time, and the DeepProve team is finally doing something meaningful.

Forget it, it's another validation layer story. On-chain data shows that the survival rate for this type of project has been less than 18% in the past six months, but I'm still optimistic about Talus's move—at least they've identified a real pain point, proving that auditability is indeed the next big trend.
