#美联储重启降息步伐 Most of the time, we overestimate the difficulty of things. Procrastination, indecision, and timidity—the root of these problems isn’t how complicated the goal is, but that we’ve made it seem more complicated in our minds.

Just look at the recent market trends. The Fed has restarted rate cuts, the market is volatile, and many people fall into analysis paralysis—one moment looking at fundamentals, the next at technicals, then worrying about their own positions, and in the end, unable to make any decisions. In reality, it’s not a lack of information, but that we’re wound up too tight mentally.

Once your mindset becomes unclear, you’ll be startled by every voice and every candlestick chart. But if you can sort out your logic—what you want, why you want it, and how to get it—it’s actually not so scary. Instead of constantly agonizing, it’s better to work on your mental preparation first. More often than not, that’s where the real barrier lies.

That's absolutely right. I used to be like that too—whenever I saw a drop, I'd start imagining all kinds of negative news, and my hands would start shaking. Later, I realized I was just overthinking it.

That's right, just overthinking it. The rate cut actually makes things even more confusing—I can't tell if I should be buying the dip or getting out. You have to get your mindset right first, otherwise even the best opportunities will be wasted.

That's right, it's just overthinking. I see some people around me holding coins, constantly checking their screens for analysis every day, and end up messing up their mindset and drastically lowering their decision-making ability. They panic when rate cuts come, and they panic when rate cuts don't come—it's really unnecessary. The ones who actually make real money have already figured out their own strategies; no matter how the candlesticks move, they stay rock solid. Mindset is definitely more valuable than technicals.

To be honest, I definitely overcomplicated things this time. I’ve been stuck in this rut recently too, staring at candlestick charts until my eyes blur, but ending up doing nothing. Maybe it’s better to first figure out what you really want, instead of letting the market lead you by the nose.
