$PI This case is a classic example of misunderstanding + ignoring repeated warnings by the Pi Core Team.

The plaintiff is crying over losses from IOU trading, which is something PCT has always disowned, discouraged, and clearly stated has nothing to do with the real Pi Network Mainnet.

This isn’t fraud by Pi. It’s a self-inflicted loss caused by gambling on unofficial markets.
Hard pill to swallow, but true.

Sometimes the “victim” simply ignored the signs and paid the price.
