From $1,700 to $130,000, I actually used the three “dumbest” tricks
I used to mess around with all kinds of technical approaches—candlestick patterns, indicator confluence, Elliott Wave Theory—I studied them all, staring at the charts until I was losing my hair, only to end up getting liquidated three times in a row🥲 Later, I just gave up on all those flashy tricks and went back to the most primitive, simple methods—and my account finally took off.
To put it simply, there are just three iron rules, so simple you’ll question your life:
**First Trick: Only act on clear breakouts, ignore all ambiguous signals**
Sideways or choppy market? Bull and bear traps? Don’t touch them! I only recognize one move—price breaks previous highs with confirmed volume, then I take action✅ If it’s a real breakout, I ride the trend; if it’s a fake-out and hits my stop loss, I exit immediately. I don’t guess direction, just execute, filtering out 80% of the tricky setups—after all, it’s better to wait for clarity than get chopped up in a range.
**Second Trick: Always use only one-fifth of your capital per trade**
Others go all-in with leverage, I only ever use 20% of my funds per trade. If I win, I take profits—never dreaming of catching the whole move; if I lose, I accept it and never double down or flip out emotionally. While others take a dozen trades a day and run themselves ragged, I take maybe two a week, yet my returns are steadier—keeping my position size small keeps me calm, and I’m not led around by the market.
**Third Trick: Be the shadow of the trend, not a fortune teller**
I don’t try to catch bottoms or tops, and I don’t predict—I just “shadow” the market: go long in an uptrend, short in a downtrend, just riding the main direction for a meal. Some people laugh, “You don’t even draw support lines, and you think you can trade?” But while they’re still fortune-telling with charts, my account has already multiplied by 76 times📈
Honestly, the crypto market isn’t that mysterious. Most people lose not because they lack skill, but because they overtrade—chasing every new hot topic and switching strategies until they’ve burned through their principal.
My experience: executing the simplest methods to perfection is the most advanced tactic. What you lack isn’t complex technical analysis, but the discipline to stick to your rules✊
Don’t just read this and move on—try strictly following these three tricks for a month, and the results will definitely surprise you.
