There are only 23 days left in 2025 before it ends, and the market has been truly bizarre this year.

Physical gold and silver have seen impressive gains, and even the A-shares market managed to deliver a 20% return. But what happened? Bitcoin, which is touted as “digital gold,” along with many other crypto assets, has stalled.

The most surreal case is MicroStrategy—the star company hyped on social media—which saw its stock price get cut in half by 40% over the year.

Now, take a look at your own portfolio: unless you’re holding a few select coins like BNB or ZEC, you’re probably still struggling underwater, right?

Traditional assets are having a party while the crypto world is left out in the cold—2025 has ended in the most counterintuitive way.
BTC-2.22%
BNB-2.13%
ZEC-8.69%

Another year of losing money summary. The MSTR incident was really outrageous; it was hyped up intensely, but the outcome... Bitcoin is called digital gold but just can't beat real gold, which is a bit of a cruel irony. These crappy coins in my hands are really just a dump; almost to the core of the Earth now. Why can traditional assets party wildly while we in crypto have to follow the trend and go against it? Wait, you say BNB and ZEC have risen? Why didn't I catch up? Missed out again, huh? With this market, I have to hold on until next year. My mindset is really about to collapse, no lie.

Haha, another year where traditional assets outperformed, and we are so being taught by reality. BNB and ZEC will laugh last, while other coins have to kneel. The MicroStrategy story is truly ironic—being hyped up to the sky and then crashing hard. But on the other hand, will Bitcoin turn around next year and slap traditional assets in the face? My holdings are still frozen in hell, let's wait and see the year-end market trend.

Damn, that move by MSTR really took a lot of people's profits.

MSTR's move is really outrageous. Hyped up to the skies, then it plummeted 40%. I just don't get who would still dare to follow the trend.

Honestly, MSTR really caught me off guard this time. They claim to be the king of Bitcoin mining but ended up collapsing first themselves—it's so ironic. Gold and silver are taking off while the crypto world is stalling. Who could have predicted this... I wonder, will it reverse next year? BNB and ZEC are truly resilient; as for the rest, they just have to face reality.

That 40% drop in Manta is really insane—the ones hyped up the most end up crashing the fastest.

That MSTR move was really insane—pumped to the moon and then brutally slashed by 40%. That's the price of faith. BNB and ZEC had a widow’s jump, while all the other coins are just soaking underwater. Bro, your analysis hits home. When traditional assets are making money, we’re out here gambling. Feels like this year is just a scam. Digital gold has turned into digital scrap paper. But to be fair, this is probably just the consolidation period. The real test comes next year.

The data shows that although... MSTR's 40% is really unsightly, the miners are taking too much.
