theoretically speaking, the regulatory definition of "security" and the actual security of hodling are like two non-intersecting vectors in different dimensional spaces... the sec keeps drawing boundaries while we're all just trying to cross the bridge without getting liquidated lol

Haha, regulators call everything a security, but as a result, the price spread between trading pairs is getting bigger and bigger... Checking the data at 2 a.m., the liquidity gap on DEXs is so wide you can arbitrage 2 points. Isn't slippage the real "risk"?
