People with reinforced concrete character: gratitude to our Gate administrators.
In our time, when the world sometimes resembles a huge chat with an unlimited number of participants and even more emotions, it’s very easy to get lost in the chaos of messages and human unpredictability. But I am incredibly lucky to be a member of several platform chats where order, respect, and comfort prevail. That’s exactly what inspires me today to share what has long been overflowing inside me: sincere gratitude to the administrator teams.
During my time in several chats, I’ve had the chance to make sure: the administrative teams of all these communities are consistently top-notch. Professionalism, attentiveness, kindness, composure, and fairness—qualities that are not so easy to find these days—are all gathered in you like a carefully arranged bouquet. Respect to them!
While we, the members, read the chat with a cup of coffee (or even two), they keep their finger on the pulse twenty-four seven. The poor admins, sometimes, don’t even have time for that coffee—because the community never sleeps, someone breaks the rules, someone needs to be calmed down, someone needs a reminder about etiquette, someone is spreading spam, and someone else needs to be decisively removed. It’s a constant, lively, active job that they do incredibly professionally.
And believe me, they see everything. Some users are like straight out of an etiquette textbook: polite, attentive, well-mannered. Others come in… um… like thunder out of a clear sky—with swearing, complaints, and a desire to “chat” in a very expressive manner. But the admin notices it all and does their job. Clearly, calmly, sometimes almost invisibly to most, but always effectively.
And here, willingly or not, you have to admit: working as an administrator in any chat is a responsible job, especially when there are many such chats, each with its own atmosphere, its own people, and its own situations. Each admin keeps things in order in their chat, but together they create a unified culture of order and mutual respect. And to keep the peace, explain the rules, resolve conflicts, and restrain “thunderstorms out of a clear sky,” you need not just strong nerves, but a reinforced concrete character with a titanium coating (can’t put it any stronger). Because all these chats are different, but the professionalism of the administrators is always at the highest level.
So today I want to say sincerely, from the heart and at the same time officially: Thank you to all the administrators of all the chats I participate in—for your work, patience, and humanity. For your ability to maintain order, for your wisdom, for your advice, explanations, and for making our communities places where it’s a pleasure to be every day.
You are the people who keep the balance between chaos and harmony in several places at once. And you do it so well that I just want to say from the bottom of my heart: “Keep it up! And may your nerves be stronger than Wi-Fi at peak hour!”
