idOS is building something different—a system where your data isn't locked in some company's server. Instead, you actually own it. Think of it like this: your personal information gets encrypted, sliced into pieces, then scattered across independent nodes. No single point can access everything. You hold the keys. Full stop.
It's privacy and control working together, not traded off against each other.

Ha, this theory sounds good, but can it really be implemented? I still have some doubts.

Looks pretty good, but I'm still a bit nervous... Can data really be protected from whales just by decentralizing it? Nah bro, the key is who holds the nodes.
Of course, holding the keys is awesome, but the early adopters have probably been accumulating for a while now. I'll bet $5 they'll definitely pump it later, and the retail investors will end up chasing the top and panic selling again.
By the way, does idOS have a detailed technical whitepaper? There are just too many projects using the same "encrypted and decentralized" buzzwords to fleece investors. For risk control, I'll just watch for now.

ngl, this is what true decentralization should look like—not those projects that just pay lip service. The data is really in your own hands now; it's not just an illusion.
Web3 is flipping the script on digital identity.
