This contract stuff is really a love-hate relationship. Last week, I was playing event orders on a certain platform, using a Martingale strategy that held on for 6 rounds before barely breaking even. I thought I was in the clear. But today, I couldn’t help myself and transferred 2000 from somewhere else, and almost lost it all within half an hour.
You know, that’s my 6 days’ salary 😭. Looking back, I should’ve just honestly opened a 3x to 5x ETH contract. At least I could’ve played for a few more days, and my mindset wouldn’t be this shattered. That 80% profit sharing looks nice, but the actual odds are lower than some traditional betting platforms, and one misstep and the market kicks you out.
Forget it, I’m closing it, just treating this as tuition paid. To all the contract trading brothers and sisters out there—risk management is really important. Don’t be stubborn like me 😭.

It took six consecutive martingale bets just to break even, that must be so desperate... Almost lost everything in half an hour. Just imagining it makes me break out in a cold sweat for you.

Sigh, the Martingale strategy really is a double-edged sword—if you can't withstand it, you'll have to take a loss.

Going all-in with Martingale is really playing with fire. I almost lost everything in just half an hour—this is just insane.

Damn, the Martingale strategy survived 6 consecutive losses and is still standing. Bro, your ability to handle pressure is insane. If it were me, I would've lost it a long time ago.

Oh no, the Martingale strategy really looks tempting but is actually risky. If it takes 6 rounds just to break even, that's when you should get out.

Even the Martingale strategy can't handle this; that's just ridiculous.
