Oh man, I'm really the unlucky one here. Setting up MFA so complicated is just insane. You have to be able to remember the recovery steps too. I already forgot where I backed up my keys. Stuff like this happens a lot. Sometimes, your wallet locking itself is actually safer... Seriously, don't overdo the security measures, sometimes you just end up screwing yourself. If you haven't gone through this, you can't really say you're into crypto.
