[Crypto World] The new chairman of the US SEC, Paul Atkins, recently made a statement.
He said tokenization is the path the capital markets should take. Moving securities assets onto the blockchain? The benefits are obvious—all aspects of ownership will become crystal clear, unlike the current ambiguity.
What’s more, he even gave a timeline: about two years, and all US markets would need to migrate onto the blockchain. By then, trading, settlement, and everything else would all run on-chain.
Hearing this from a regulator carries a lot of weight. If traditional finance really does migrate to the blockchain on a large scale, the entire game will change. On-chain asset confirmation, real-time settlement, maximum transparency… just imagining it is exciting.
Of course, talk is one thing—whether it can really happen in two years remains to be seen. But at least the attitude is clear: regulation is no longer an obstacle, but is actively pushing things forward.

No way, fully on-chain in two years? This guy really dares to say it, feels like another "beautiful vision" from the regulators.
Waiting for it to flop, but honestly, if it actually happens, that would be insane.
Traditional finance has been lying dormant for so long, now it's being forced to wake up, huh?

This move by the regulators is truly a slap in the face to the bears. Fully on-chain in two years? If this really happens, the US financial system will see a major shake-up.

Fully on-chain in two years? This guy is making a bold statement. It's quite interesting that regulators are suddenly turning to embrace blockchain.

Wait, fully on-chain in two years? Is this guy trying to start a revolution or just joking? We're still arguing over stablecoins right now.

Fully on-chain in two years? Ha, regulators are finally dropping the act. If this actually happens, traditional finance is going to explode.

This move from Atkins is pretty aggressive, but I’m still waiting to see what happens. Talking is easy—execution is what matters.
---
Now you understand what transparency means—everything is laid out on-chain. The gray areas in traditional finance might be done for.
---
Two years? Dream on, it’s not happening that fast. But hearing this from the SEC is definitely a shift.
---
Asset tokenization should’ve happened a long time ago, but we’ll probably still have to wait for it to really start. The key is that regulators are shifting from being an obstacle to being a driving force.
---
I think this guy is just floating a trial balloon, but at least the direction is right. The middlemen in traditional finance are going to be crying.

Fully on-chain in two years? Ha, regulation is really about to take a U-turn this time. Before, they were guarding against us like we were thieves, but now they're promoting tokenization instead. It's definitely interesting. But don't get too excited—implementation is what really matters. Anyone can talk the talk; the key is whether they'll actually follow through.

Fully on-chain in two years? Ha, regulators have finally caught on. If this really happens, traditional finance will be in trouble.

Wait, fully on-chain in two years? How many rounds of technical verification will it take to be confident? I actually want to see if the cross-chain bridge mechanism can handle such a large volume of asset migration, and what the real test data looks like.

Fully on-chain in two years? Just talk, it's still a long way off for anything real to happen. Regulators always sound aggressive, but when it comes to action, there are all kinds of obstacles.
