#美SEC促进加密资产创新监管框架 The rules of the stablecoin game are really changing. Hong Kong is tightening up, the mainland is cleaning up, and USDT is indeed having a tough time in East Asia.

But from another perspective, this wave of tighter regulation actually seems like a way to filter the market—projects that survive must be able to withstand real scrutiny. The era of wild growth is truly over; now, compliance is the threshold to even get a seat at the table.

To be honest, this isn’t the end for any particular coin; it’s more like a signal that the entire digital asset industry is entering a new stage. National-level and regional strategies are driving this, and the global digital financial order is being redefined. $ETH $BNB $ASTER

Yeah, this is definitely a major reshuffle, but I don't think it's nearly as optimistic as it seems. Regulation is a double-edged sword. On one hand, it filters out garbage projects, but on the other, it squeezes out the space for innovation. You say compliance is a threshold, but the problem is, who defines compliance? The rules change today and then change again next year. Instead of hoping for a redefinition of order, it's better to think about how retail investors can survive.

This wave of regulation is really a process of separating the wheat from the chaff. To put it plainly, it’s about clearing out those half-baked projects. The compliance threshold is higher now, but that’s the only way to go further.

Regulation has truly arrived, and the days of unchecked growth are really over. But to be honest, this is actually beneficial for leading projects, while a batch of small tokens might be eliminated.

Compliance, to put it bluntly, is the ticket to enter the capital market. It's long overdue. That's a pretty candid analysis, but if USDT really collapses, it all depends on what the US decides. Tighter regulation = just another way for big players to fleece retail investors, so don’t be too optimistic. After this round, small tokens are really going to be left out in the cold—the reshuffling period has arrived. By the way, tokens like $BNB might benefit from this, right? Having a complete ecosystem is the key.
