December's showing some interesting whale activity. The big players—those holding substantial Bitcoin positions—have been quietly stacking, adding 47,584 BTC to their wallets so far this month.
This accumulation phase stands in sharp contrast to what we saw earlier. From mid-October through the end of November, these same addresses were in full distribution mode, offloading a hefty 113,070 BTC over that six-week stretch.
The reversal is notable. After weeks of selling pressure from major holders, they've switched gears and started building positions again. Yet despite this accumulation pattern from whales and sharks, price action remains somewhat constrained.
