Here's a thought:

What if we skip refunding those snipers?

Instead, take that USDC and distribute it to the folks on the whitelist and JUP stakers who got completely shut out. They showed up, they held their tokens, but never got a shot at the launch.

Seems like a cleaner way to reward the actual community instead of bailing out quick-flip artists. Just saying.
