The industry's moving toward a clear consensus: serious projects prioritizing maximum resilience are all converging on Layer1 deployments. What's accelerating this shift? Transaction fees keep dropping, making mainnet operations increasingly viable. Teams that once hesitated due to gas costs are now reconsidering their infrastructure strategies. The economics just make sense now.

After gas fees dropped, everyone wanted to come back—this was obvious long ago. But how many L1 projects can actually survive...

Why did gas fees drop so drastically? Those days of sky-high transaction fees really sucked.

To be honest, after gas fees dropped, everyone started returning to L1. This shift was obvious early on.
Once the underlying economics work, the project teams naturally take action.
But wait, is this real consensus or just another setup before a new round of retail investors get fleeced?
Cheap gas ≠ the ecosystem truly needs it. I'm a bit worried.
Has L1 deployment become mainstream again? Feels like this is a recurring cycle...
Whoever holds the money calls the shots, as expected.

To be honest, looking at this wave of returning to L1, it feels a bit late... This should have been done a long time ago. Only now, after gas fees have dropped so much, do they think about redeploying? Why didn’t they take action earlier?

As soon as gas fees drop, these major projects start wanting to move back to L1 again. How sentimental.
