#数字货币市场洞察 December 5 Midday Observation

After the rebound in the morning session, I tend to be bearish at noon. The strategy is simple: cut losses immediately if the market doesn't go my way, and follow the trend if it does. The daily chart has indeed yielded quite a bit in the past two days.

What's the technical picture now? The market is grinding back and forth in a low-volatility range with no clear direction. The price is indeed close to a strong resistance level, but trading volume is shrinking. Divergence between price and volume—simply put, upward momentum is lacking. Short-term moving averages have also flattened out, confirming the consolidation pattern.

Looking at the Bollinger Bands, the bandwidth has narrowed and is in a neutral zone, indicating a fairly balanced market sentiment. Volatility is very low, so expecting a trend breakout in the short term? Difficult.

Specific levels for reference:
BTC: Try shorting around 92200 and 92500, with an initial target of 90000
ETH: Short around 3180 and 3210, with support to watch at 3000

For reference only, trade at your own risk.

Volume-price divergence? That's just my daily routine—going against the trend and getting wrecked.

Volume is shrinking while prices are rising; this move does seem fake. Better wait for a breakout before taking action.

The divergence between volume and price is quite accurately described here. I also feel that this rally lacks strength.

I believe the part about price-volume divergence, but the 92200 short position feels a bit risky...

Another round of price-volume divergence is here, same old story. Honestly, though, this kind of stalemate market is the easiest to get stopped out and take heavy losses. Better to wait for a breakout before making a move.

The price-volume divergence is happening again, it always grinds like this... But your 90000 target is a bit conservative.

The price-volume divergence strategy is really everywhere now. Every time people say this, but in the end, they still get dumped on.

The price-volume divergence strategy really works every time, looks like it's time to start grinding again.
