#美联储重启降息步伐 Whether you can protect your principal has never depended on market intuition, but on your braking system.

Many people know how to encrypt their wallets and enable two-factor authentication—that's like locking the front door. But what about trading? When the market gets volatile, greed and fear take turns, and manual trading is like driving a car without brakes.

Install three brakes for yourself:
First: Stop-loss orders. When the price hits your preset line, the system closes your position automatically—don't count on your own willpower.
Second: Position size rule. Never use more than 2% of your total capital on a single trade, no matter how tempting the opportunity.
Third: Trading hours. Only check the market and place trades during fixed times; turn off your trading app at all other times.

This system won't tell you which coin will go up tomorrow, but at least it ensures you won't wipe out your account with a single impulsive move. The essence of systematic trading is to replace emotion with rules.

Look back at your trading records—how many losses happened because you didn't hit the brakes? $BTC $ETH $BNB

Damn right, I'm one of those people who just can't hit the brakes—lost everything in just one market shakeup.

Relying on intuition really leads to heavy losses—I got liquidated like that before. Now I strictly stick to a 2% position size and never hesitate to stop-loss. It really does help you survive longer.

To be honest, I’d have to tattoo that 2% rule on myself several times to remember it. Every time, I just want to go all in, haha.

Honestly, stop-loss is much easier said than done. I'm the type who watches the coin drop but can't bear to cut my losses, and as a result, I lose everything I made back in one go. Now I really have to rely on the system to replace my unreliable brain.

That's right, it's because I didn't set up these three safeguards that I ended up in the hospital a few times after going all-in. Now, every time I check the charts, I ask myself again.

That's right, the braking system really is a lifesaver. Previously, I didn't have the first brake in place, and a sudden crash wiped out my position.

That's right, I was one of the people who lost the most because I didn't install a braking system.
