When centralized custodians are literally holding users' funds hostage, something's fundamentally broken. Whether it's operational incompetence, insufficient oversight, or deliberate misconduct—the pattern needs to end.
With the current administration's crypto-friendly stance, now's the window for industry-wide standards. Users shouldn't have to play Russian roulette with their own assets just because they trusted a centralized platform.

Honestly, these centralized exchanges really need to be regulated now. They freeze accounts and misappropriate funds at the drop of a hat; several of my friends have already been taken advantage of.
