Here’s something wild — while Bitcoin is cooling down (-7% YTD), Hyperliquid is quietly mooning up 35% this year. And it’s not just noise: HYPE just cracked the top 12 by market cap.

What’s the deal? Hyperliquid launched in November 2024 and has already pumped nearly 1,000%. Investors are comparing it to Solana’s early days — insane transaction speeds, similar growth trajectory. If Solana’s 25,000%+ rise is any indication, there’s definitely room to run.

But here’s the reality check: one year of outperformance doesn’t mean it’ll be the next Bitcoin. Bitcoin has dominated for 12 years straight. HYPE has been live for what, a few months?
