Mindset determines success or failure: Gate taught me to cage my emotions.

After trading for a long time, you will find that the real opponent is never the market, but your own emotions. I have also experienced stages such as "surge FOMO," "pullback panic," and "long-term sideways questioning life" in Gate trading.
Later I deeply realized: emotions can push you in the wrong direction, while strategy can pull you back to the right rhythm.

I start by asking myself three questions before each operation: 1️⃣ What is the basis for entering? 2️⃣ Where is the stop loss? 3️⃣ What to do if it doesn't go as expected?
When I execute these three questions, trading becomes calm, clear, and controllable.
Seeing others share similar experiences in Gate Square makes me more certain - growth comes from repeated practice, not a stroke of luck.

Perhaps we have all experienced the classic scenarios of "knowing we should cut losses but being reluctant," "watching prices rise but not daring to enter," and "selling just before a surge," but as time goes on, we understand more and more: market opportunities are always there, but controlling emotions is the hardest part.

"Many people can see the data, but very few can see their own emotions."
