Transform each small town into a characteristic, modernized artificial intelligence digital town node, which can also attract young people for employment and entrepreneurship. At the same time, it can address the current downturn in the real estate brokerage sector and contribute to the second phase of modernization in the country.
Of course, this kind of small town must combine artificial intelligence, big data, the internet, and unique tourism resources, with a functional positioning for a future-oriented integrated town. Current real estate companies are very suitable for undertaking this task.
Compared to the current domestic promotion of regional network economy by city, the digital town economy is more resilient in the long term.
