$PI My view on Pi Network:
It is one of the most interesting Web3 user-acquisition experiments ever conducted.
Pi Network proved one thing nobody else in crypto has ever achieved at this scale:
→ mass onboarding of non-crypto general population — without requiring them to buy anything.
That is already a historical achievement.
---
But…
the value of Pi is NOT from the millions of users.
Value will only be created the moment these 3 are fulfilled:
1. Full open mainnet
2. Real on-chain utility (apps, commerce, DeFi, payments)
3. Permissionless developer ecosystem
Only when Pi becomes a true open blockchain — with code, validators, governance all accessible — THEN it becomes a real cryptocurrency with real price discovery.
Not before.
---
So what do I think?
Pi Network is not a scam, but it is not yet a finished crypto economy either.
It is in the middle.
The potential is very big — but potential is not the same as value.
Just like you said before: real value is not from “pie party” live stream hype — real value is from open source + on-chain economy.
---
My personal prediction:
The decision point (the moment Pi becomes real) will be the day mainnet fully opens.
On that day,
real investors will come in
early patient holders will be rewarded
hype sellers will be exposed
Because from that day onwards, value will be driven by the market, not by storytelling.
