Today I had my first gastroscopy in my life. I curled up and lay on my side on the bed, and the moment the doctor inserted the tube into my throat, I regretted it. If I had known, I would have opted for the painless version, but my family is still hospitalized, and the conditions do not allow me to receive anesthesia.

Fortunately, it's not serious; I have mild gastritis and esophagitis B level. I'm the same age as Brother Sun, yet I've got a whole bunch of illnesses.

The doctor said that I need to adjust my daily routine in the future, I can't lie down immediately after eating, and I absolutely cannot touch beer, cigarettes, or barbecued food; I should try to eat lighter food.

I hope that all friends who see this will take it as a warning and not think that they are young enough to handle it.
