On December 13, Jinxin Data reported that Weixing Intelligence announced that specific shareholders Ma Shanbing and Nanyang Yirui Feng Enterprise Management Partnership plan to reduce their holdings of certain shares through centralized Bidding within three months after the announcement. Ma Shanbing plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 630,000 shares, accounting for 0.29% of the total share capital of the company. Nanyang Yirui Feng plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 685,500 shares, accounting for 0.31% of the total share capital of the company. The total share reduction of the two parties will not exceed 1,315,500 shares, accounting for 0.6% of the total share capital of the company.
