Why does the user fail to be added as an Affiliate Ultra?

Reasons for failure include but are not limited to the following:

1. The referral is limited in your region, and adding a user as an Affiliate Ultra is not supported.
2. The user you are adding is already another user's junior client.
3. Your account security is at risk.
4. Your account has not completed the KYC verification.
5. The user you are adding is under assessment or is unbound due to failing to pass the assessment.
6. Your rebate rates have been adjusted and the rebate rates you set for the user are greater than the rebate rates you have.
7. The current user is under review.
8. The user information provided is incorrect.
9. Your referral level positions are already filled.
