Reasons for failure include but are not limited to the following:
- The referral is limited in your region, and adding a user as an Affiliate Ultra is not supported.
- The user you are adding is already another user's junior client.
- Your account security is at risk.
- Your account has not completed the KYC verification.
- The user you are adding is under assessment or is unbound due to failing to pass the assessment.
- Your rebate rates have been adjusted and the rebate rates you set for the user are greater than the rebate rates you have.
- The current user is under review.
- The user information provided is incorrect.
- Your referral level positions are already filled.
