FAQ

Q1: What is the difference between ETFs and regular spot trading?

A: ETFs (Exchange Traded Funds) are investment products that track the performance of underlying assets. Some ETFs offer leveraged exposure (such as 3x or 5x), meaning they amplify gains and losses compared to spot trading. Regular spot trading involves direct purchase of the underlying asset without leverage.

Q2: Can I cancel an unfilled ETF order?

A: Yes, you can cancel unfilled orders by navigating to the [Orders] section in the trading panel and selecting the order you wish to cancel.

Q3: Where can I find my ETF trading history?

A: Your complete ETF trading history can be accessed through [Assets] > [Order History] in your Gate App.

Q4: Are there any fees for trading ETFs?

A: Yes, ETF trading is subject to standard trading fees. Please refer to Gate's fee structure page or the latest platform announcements for current fee rates.
