No more nonsense, let’s talk about operations first, then discuss the logic.
**First, look at today’s pre-market: **
**

**
From the pre-market plan, it’s clear that I am still focusing on the game around Electric Cooperation. External factors like oil and gas surges or lobster news are not in my plan.
Pre-market, I had two ideas.
1) Buy green power stocks.
**

**
Green Power opened sharply higher in the morning, which was within the pre-market plan. As expected for a low-volume breakout, I had to buy. I competed with Huadian Energy in the second board, and when it led the breakout, I definitely bought in.
**

**
2) Remind to low-buy Yunnan Energy.
The pre-market plan clearly stated that Yunnan Energy can be “mindlessly” low-bought below.
**

**
The logic is simple. Quantitative strategies now go beyond just aiding in up or down moves. Previously, they mainly collected data to counter retail investors, for example, reacting to unusual stock movements by rushing in first. But now, it’s different. Quantitative models also understand anchoring, leveraging core stocks within sectors to operate across the sector, such as Yunnan Energy, which is about to face regulatory scrutiny, continuing to ferment today with Electric Cooperation.
Another reason for mindless buying Yunnan Energy is the expectation that it will be released from regulatory pressure, which was also discussed pre-market. The small probability risk is that this expectation might be realized tomorrow, prompting funds to rush early. Yunnan Energy’s late-day trend was similar, but think differently: after Hang Electric was delisted on 2/13, the drop was vivid. Today, some rushed early, which is like pre-emptively releasing dissent. Even if it’s realized tomorrow, it might not lead to extreme moves. If active leaders continue to push higher, the entire sector will strengthen further. If I am a market participant, pushing Yunnan Energy higher could help me exit positions more easily, making small investments for big gains.

3) Buy Han Cable.
**

**
Yesterday, I shared a March arbitrage strategy, which is a broad theme: mimicking multi-wave oscillation patterns and single-wave breakout patterns.
**Today’s Han Cable’s first breakout was completely within expectations, as I replied yesterday: **
**

**
**

**
Yesterday, I clarified that if Han Cable is to mimic the main pattern of Yunnan Energy, the key is that this pattern must continue upward; otherwise, the profit effect will diminish.
As a multi-wave oscillation pattern, Han Cable’s limit-up also boosted confidence for Nengke and Nengjian to rebound.
In the afternoon, the funds continued fermenting Electric Cooperation, but the strongest pre-market stocks like Green Power, Han Cable, and the sector’s core Yunnan Energy, which is the key to the market’s momentum, are all the most central stocks.

4) Exit from Guosheng.
**

**

**

**
This is basically a veteran’s first-board arbitrage.
Looking back, the sale was quite good.
**

**

5) Buy Falsheng.
**

**
If Guosheng is the first board arbitrage of the second big wave, Falsheng is a single-wave first board mimic of Yunnan Energy. I’ll personally guide you through a few of these strategies, and then you’ll know how to play.
**

**

Alright, that’s enough about operations. Let’s talk about the logic.

Actually, today’s market movement was already predicted in the past couple of days’ articles.
For example, the factor I shared about quantitative models, which included Electric Cooperation as an example.
**

**
If you saw my post two days ago, you probably wouldn’t be so conflicted today, hesitant and half-believing, afraid to buy Electric Cooperation, just holding onto your lobster or oil and gas stocks in frustration.

**And yesterday’s pre-market comments: **
**

**
Yesterday, I clearly stated that if market sentiment turns, it’s likely an intensification of the previous strong trend sectors, mainly the electric sector. Since the new year, the strong trend has been mainly this sector, and today marks the first day of trend acceleration.

Over the past week at Tao Gu Ba, my ideas and operations have been openly shared in the comments, gaining recognition from many friends.
