Deep Tide TechFlow News, March 12, According to Bloomberg, U.S. prosecutors stated that the motion for reconsideration filed by FTX founder Sam Bankman-Fried should be denied on the grounds that he failed to prove any injustice in the original conviction. Sam Bankman-Fried is currently serving a 25-year prison sentence. In 2023, a jury found him guilty of fraud and conspiracy related to the collapse of the cryptocurrency exchange FTX, and the court subsequently issued the aforementioned sentence.
