How can complex financial data and business logic be transformed into an easily understandable business story for investors? How can the market truly understand a company’s value? With these questions in mind, the Securities Daily reporter interviewed Zhang Jinting, Secretary of the Board of Beijing Chengyitong Control Technology Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Chengyitong”).

In terms of information disclosure, Chengyitong strictly follows relevant laws, regulations, and disclosure requirements, adhering to the principles of “truthfulness, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and fairness,” treating all investors equally. When it comes to major decision-making matters, the company ensures decision efficiency through standardized operations of the three meetings, and actively listens to the voices of small and medium investors through channels such as investor briefings, earnings presentations, and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange’s Interactive Easy platform.

In 2017, Chengyitong acquired Guangzhou Longzhejie Technology Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Longzhejie”). In 2024, Longzhejie established Beijing Brain-Connect Technology Co., Ltd., officially launching its brain-computer interface business. Since then, Chengyitong has established a core strategy of “one body, two wings, dual-wheel drive,” which has opened up growth opportunities for the company while also raising higher requirements for corporate governance.

“Having dual main businesses means a diversified business model. For different business characteristics, we have established a differentiated financial control system, while also implementing unified fund management, unified budget preparation, and standardized internal control standards across the group. We also regularly track the fulfillment capabilities of key clients to ensure overall financial risks remain controllable,” Zhang Jinting told the Securities Daily reporter.
