People’s Financial News, March 6 — On March 6, at the press conference on the economy during the Fourth Session of the 14th National People’s Congress, Zheng Shanjie, Director of the National Development and Reform Commission, stated that the commission, together with the Ministry of Finance, the People’s Bank of China, and other departments, will establish a national-level merger and acquisition fund to further facilitate the exit channels for venture capital and improve the efficiency of entrepreneurial capital turnover.
