Frasers Group acquires nearly 6% stake in Puma
Investing.com – UK sportswear and fashion retailer Frasers Group (LON:FRAS), owned by billionaire Mike Ashley, has acquired nearly 6% of the German sportswear brand Puma (ETR:PUMG), according to a document released on Thursday.
This share disclosure comes more than a month after China’s largest sportswear brand Anta Sports Products (HK:2020) agreed to acquire a 29% stake in Puma for €1.5 billion ($1.74 billion).
