ChainCatcher News: Nasdaq-listed Bitcoin mining company Bitfarms announced that it will relocate its headquarters from Canada to the United States and will also change its name to Keel Infrastructure. The move is subject to approval by shareholders, the stock exchange, and the court. It is reported that Keel Infrastructure will be a company incorporated under Delaware law. After the registration change is completed, its common stock will be traded on Nasdaq and the Toronto Stock Exchange again following the update.
