$RIVER Everyone, during extreme market conditions, price dislocation across different exchanges is normal. On one hand, market makers need to widen the basis to push the fee to the lower limit, turning it into a 1-hour cycle; on the other hand, there is an arbitrage opportunity within a two-hour window. For example, on Gate, going long incurs a fee every hour, while on another platform, fees are only charged every 4 hours. Short positions are hedged, and during the two hours in between, no fees are charged.

It should be three hours in the middle. But there's no chance now; the price differences across different exchanges are too large.
