Ethereum Exits Stay Light As Deposit Queue Tops 1.45M ETH Today - Crypto Economy
Beaconcha.in metrics on Jan. 7, 2026 put Ethereum’s validator exit queue at 278 validators, about 8,896 ETH waiting to exit. The same dataset shows 13,192 validators in the activation pipeline.
On the explorer’s queues page, the deposit queue totals 19,378 requests for 1,459,279 ETH, translating into an estimated wait of about 25 days. Meanwhile, the withdrawal queue sits at 6,551 requests for 196,812 ETH and roughly a 1-day wait, a clean read-through that onboarding demand is currently outpacing offboarding.
