To be honest, I’ve known for a long time that breaking even is basically impossible. But this space is like it has some kind of magic—I know the odds of making money on altcoin spot trading are almost zero, yet I just can’t quit contracts. And with my luck, it’s really something else.

Take that ETH short order this morning—absolutely a textbook case. Entered at 3063, set the liquidation price at 3157. When things started to look bad, I reduced my position twice, pushing the liquidation line up to 3171. I had a feeling something was going to go wrong, and sure enough—the price spiked straight to 3179.9! Took a 110-point hit, just 9 points short, and the account went straight to zero. Tell me that’s not frustrating. If I’d just held on through that, I definitely could have made a profit afterward. With a 110-point swing and just 10 points of error margin, this luck is really something else.

So I’ve figured it out: I’m done playing the 10U warrior game. I’m downgrading to a 1U warrior. From now on, I’ll just put in $10 per trade. If I get liquidated, so be it. With my luck, whatever I deposit is basically a donation anyway. Since I’m destined to lose, I might as well not expect to make money—just treat it as a little thrill. Ten bucks a day is only $300 a month, about $3,600 a year. When I think about how I used to lose tens of thousands in a single trade, it honestly hurts to think about.

So here’s the new plan: cap my losses at $10 per day, and in three years I’ll only lose a little over $10,000. Spending $10,000 for three years of excitement is way better than how I used to play. For someone with my luck, losing less is as good as winning.

Ha, it's another story of almost beating the big players. Only 9 points away from a turnaround at 110 points—this is definitely a classic script in the crypto circle. 1U War God sounds pretty good; just consider it paying tuition anyway, since it's only a bit over 3,000 yuan by the end of the year. Directly inserting the stop-loss at 3179.9 is really unjustifiable. I agree with the downgrade betting move this time, to avoid the urge to go all-in again later. Losing 10 yuan a day isn't painful enough, I can understand this logic. Contracts are just like gambling; I totally get the feeling of being unable to quit.

Getting liquidated in just 9 points, your luck really is unmatched I have to admit, this guy's final realization is impressive. Instead of frequently getting liquidated, it's better to lose 10 bucks every day. Looking at it from another angle, it's actually a win That's what I keep telling myself too, haha Dropping from 10U to 1U feels like doing some mental conditioning Oh wait, in that case, it's better to just exit directly I find your perspective on "tolerance space" quite interesting, anyway it's just psychological comfort The key is not to deceive yourself anymore. If you can't quit, just admit it 110 points spread minus 9 points, to put it plainly, leverage is causing trouble 10 bucks a day sounds like you're just playing a game with yourself? Calculating is less accurate than fortune-telling. A "habit fee" of 10,000 yuan over three years... I think this number is a bit high

Just 9 points away? Haha, that's the magic of contracts. I always think the next trade will turn things around.

Liquidated after a 9-point move, this trader’s luck is really something... Got it, this is just my daily routine—losing less counts as a win, makes sense. Honestly, with 110 points and just 9 points away from a comeback, I don't think this is about luck... This 1U warrior strategy—I bet you can’t stick with it for a week. If I’d known it’d turn out like this, I might as well have just gone all in on spot and stayed flat. Earning 10 bucks a day sounds nice, but I bet you’ll unconsciously increase your position by tomorrow.

Haha, that luck is insane. Just 9 points away from disaster. I feel suffocated for you. --- Downgrade to 1U Warrior? Might as well just join the group for tea. --- Listen, 9 points—that's the curse of contracts. --- Blowing up accounts every day with a 10 yuan limit, you really need a strong mindset for that. --- Honestly, that's just how our circle is—you know it's a loss, but you keep playing anyway. --- That spike to 3179.9 shattered all your illusions. Too brutal. --- Ten thousand yuan for a three-year addiction, I have to admit, that's a calculation I respect. --- That 110-point drawdown almost became your comeback. --- Losing 10 yuan a day as a "hand addiction fee"—that's a brilliant way to comfort yourself.

Damn, just 9 points away from losing it all? That’s brutal... I’d advise you not to bet even 1U, with that mindset nothing’s going to work.

The 9-point thing is really unbelievable. This is a textbook example of luck. Ten thousand yuan for three years—it’s much more rational compared to the way I used to play.
