PANews 3月2日消息，据CoinDesk报道，Qivalis由包括 ING、UniCredit、BNP Paribas、CaixaBank、BBVA 在内的12家欧盟银行组建，正与多家加密交易所、做市商和流动性提供方进行深入洽谈，计划在今年下半年推出符合 MiCA 监管的欧元锚定稳定币，并在受监管平台首发即具备充足流动性。Qivalis称，该稳定币将按1:1由至少40%银行存款及其余高质量、短久期欧元区主权债券作为储备，多家高评级机构托管，并支持7×24小时赎回。目前该项目正向荷兰央行申请 MiCA 框架下授权，目标为欧元区提供受监管的美元稳定币替代方案及实时跨境企业支付工具。
