欧洲多银行联合稳定币发行机构 Qivalis 成员扩至 12 家，正与交易所谈判下半年上线事宜

Foresight News 消息，据西班牙媒体 Cinco Días 报道，由欧洲大型银行组成的稳定币发行机构 Qivalis 成员已扩大至 12 家，目前正与加密货币交易所、做市商及流动性提供商进行谈判，以确保其欧元稳定币在 2026 年下半年推出首日即可在多个平台上线。

该财团成员现包括 CaixaBank、Banca Sella、BNP Paribas、Danske Bank、DekaBank、DZ BANK、ING、KBC、Raiffeisen Bank International、SEB、UniCredit 及 BBVA。其中 BBVA 于 2 月正式加入该财团，并宣布放弃其原有的独立稳定币计划，旨在通过行业协作产生规模效应。

该稳定币将 1:1 挂钩欧元，其储备金中至少 40% 将存放于高信用评级的银行存款中，其余 60% 将投资于多元化的欧元区短期主权债券，以确保 24 小时可赎回性。Qivalis 旨在为欧盟提供受监管的本土替代方案，重点应用于企业间跨境实时支付。
