“KYC Required” when withdrawing, what does it mean?

In order to provide further protection to your user account, we have implemented a risk management mechanism to flag suspicious withdrawing activities. For such transactions, we may manually review them before sending.

If your transaction is marked with "KYC Required", please first finish the advanced identity verification (KYC2 and/or KYC 3) for your account.

If you have already finished the identity verification, you do not need to do anything.

A manual review may take up to 48 hours in general, afterwards your transaction will be sent.
