1.Funds not credited.
· Blockchain transactions go through three key steps: request, validation, and receipt of funds.
-
· Request: If the withdrawal status on the sending platform states "Completed" or "Succeeded", it means that the transaction has been processed and sent to the blockchain network for validation. However, this does not guarantee that the funds have been successfully credited to the recipient platform.
-
· Validation: The blockchain network takes time to validate each transaction. The funds will only be sent to the recipient platform once the required number of confirmations have been reached. Please be patient during this process.
-
· Funds credited: Only when the blockchain validates the transaction and it reaches the minimum required confirmations, will the funds be credited to the recipient address.
|Note:
-
1.Network congestion can occur when there are a high number of transactions being processed, which can cause delays and affect the timeliness of a transaction. In this case, please be patient and use the TXID to track the status of the transaction.
-
2.When making a deposit, if it is taking longer than usual for the deposit to complete or if the deposit record is missing, you can use the "self-help acceleration" feature to speed up the process. After submitting the acceleration request, please wait patiently for 5-30 minutes to check if the deposit has been credited.
-
3.If the transaction has been confirmed by the network and the self-help acceleration has been deployed, but the funds are still not arriving, please provide our customer service with your UID, TXID, and screenshots of the transaction on the sender platform to check the status of the transaction.
2.Deposited an unwanted coin.
· If you have deposited unsupported tokens or used an incorrect chain, you can submit a retrieval application to request a refund of your funds. Currently, this feature is only available on the web version.
· Please note that a retrieval application incurs a fee of 100 USDT, so ensure that you have sufficient balance in your spot account before submitting.
